There’s a new $59 six-pan blush combination (a.k.a. the Explicit Cheek Palette) with an allegedly new NARS formula as well as three mini lip kits (called the Explicit Lip Duos), with a matte pencil as well as a shiny gloss as well as $22 each, all coming to the Ulta website, as well as extremely likely other locations on/after, February 17.
